Pitso Mosimane, the assistant coach to South Africa’s soccer team, known as Bafana Bafana, will replace Brazilian Carlos Alberto Parreira as the head coach of the national team, Sport24.com reported.

Mosimane will be announced as Parreira’s replacement soon, the Cape Town-based website reported, citing senior officials in the South African Football Association that it didn’t identify. Gavin Hunt, considered as a contender for the position, will continue to manage Supersport United, according to the website.
