Pantaloon Founders Sell B Shares in Block Trades on Exchange
Pantaloon Retail India Ltd. (PF)’s founders sold the company’s B shares on the Bombay Stock Exchange today.
Kishore Biyani and family members sold about 2.54 million B shares on the Bombay Stock Exchange, data from the exchange’s website showed. The B shares carry reduced voting rights and entitle shareholders to an additional dividend of 5 percent. PFH Entertainment Ltd. bought 2.59 million shares, data showed.
