Ryman Healthcare Full-Year Profit Rises 19% on Growth in Sales, Property
Ryman Healthcare Ltd., New Zealand’s largest publicly traded retirement village manager, said full- year profit rose 19 percent as sales and property values increased.
Net income climbed to NZ$78.4 million in the year ended March 31, from NZ$66 million a year earlier, the Christchurch- based company said in a statement to the New Zealand stock exchange. Excluding changes in property valuations, profit increased 16 percent to NZ$61.4 million.
