UniCredit to Make Offer for SEB's German Business, Il Messaggero Reports

UniCredit SpA will make an offer today to buy the German branches of Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB, Il Messaggero reported, without saying where it got the information.

The Italian bank may offer about 450 million euros for the German division of the Swedish bank, the Italian daily said. Goldman Sachs is advising UniCredit on the deal, the newspaper said.
