China Railway Group Ltd. (390), Asia's biggest construction company, said it has won four separate orders through its subsidiaries, valued at 2.9 billion yuan ($420 million).
The contracts include building railways in southern Fujian and Guangdong provinces, bridgework in Wuhan city, a railway deal in Turkey, and a highway project in Guangdong, the company said in a statement to the Shanghai Stock Exchange today.
The total value of the four projects is worth about 1.6 percent of the company's operating income in 2007, it said.
