Just Mean: 'Carrie'

Few who have seen the 1976 movie "Carrie" can forget the part where she is doused with pig's blood. Actually, it's hard to forget much about Sissy Spacek's creepy role as a girl whose trauma turns her into an infuriated murderer with telekinetic powers. While Carrie was no angel, her mother, Margaret White (Piper Laurie), didn't do her any favors. When Carrie turned to her after the murders -- perhaps for a little consoling -- Margaret, who spreads religious gospel, brought Carrie to her knees and stabbed her in the back.
