Most Expensive Beach

According to Knight Frank's Prime International Residential Index, a square foot of real estate in Monaco costs $5,400. In other words, if your blanket covers just one square meter at Monaco's only public beach, you're taking up $58,300 of area -- that's 2.5 times the cost in Manhattan.
