Best Beach for Fossils

Three hundred million years ago, the chilly coast of Canada's Nova Scotia was a rainforest. Now, the Joggins Fossil Cliffs are among the world's best record of that era, with countless undisturbed fossils including many early reptiles, some in the fossilized trees where they used to live. The site, off the Bay of Fundy, is on the United Nation's World Heritage List.
