Even though California is the largest agricultural producer in the country, an estimated 67,000 low-income adults in San Joaquin County struggle to put food on their tables. According to Tim Viall, executive director of the Emergency Food Bank & Family Services of Stockton/San Joaquin, the food bank's clientele has doubled since the bust.
