Best Beach for Geology

The rock formations on the Dorset and East Devon coast of England offer a comprehensive look at the Mesozoic Era, which covers the time from 65 million to 250 million years ago when reptiles, including dinosaurs, dominated the Earth. The region, which is on the United Nation's list of World Heritage Sites, has attracted geologists for 300 years.
