Myers Discusses Patentability of Business Methods: Audio
Nov. 5 (Bloomberg) -- James R. Myers, a partner in the intellectual property litigation practice at Ropes & Gray in Washington, DC, talks with Bloomberg Law's Frank Quinn about Bilski v. Kappos, a case dealing with the patentability of intangible business methods, scheduled to be heard by the U.S. Supreme Court on November 9. A federal appeals court last year rejected Bernard Bilski's attempt to patent a method of hedging risks in commodities trading.
