"I clicked on a link or button, and nothing happened."
The results for many Market Monitor functions show up in a Web browser window. If you have closed your Web browser window, running one of these functions will open a new window. Use the Alt-Tab shortcut described above to bring up this window.
"All my settings have changed since the last time I used the Market Monitor."
When you change your settings on the "Customize Settings" page, you must then click on the SAVE SETTINGS button to save the settings permanently. When you change the order of your rows or columns, you must click on SAVE ROW ORDER to save the changes.
"Why can't I see data for Nikkei stock indices?"
Bloomberg.com's Market Monitor no longer supports tracking of the Nikkei stock indices. As a result, data for the following symbols will no longer be available on the Market Monitor:
NKY Index
NEY Index
NK500 Index
You are seeing this popup because your monitor is subscribed to one or more of the above indices. You will continue to receive this popup until you remove them.
