If you do not see your monitor launch, it could be due to one of the following:

It may have opened up in a window behind your current window. Press and hold the Alt key while using the Tab key to select from the applications currently running on your computer. If the pop-up window reads "Bloomberg Market Monitor," release the Alt key, and the Market Monitor will appear on your screen.

If you see your monitor launch, but it comes up entirely empty:

You most likely do not have the correct version of Java running on your computer. For more information see our

If you see your monitor launch, and see none of your holdings, but do see the column
headers (most likely SYMBOL/PRICE/CHANGE/TIME), then:

You may be looking at an empty portfolio. Click on the top left drop down list
and switch to a different portfolio. If you used the monitor prior to
8/24/2006, your holdings were migrated to the portfolio labeled
"---Watchlist---"

If all your portfolios are empty, you need to add holdings to them via the
Portfolio Tracker. Click on the Edit button in the top right to go to
the Portfolio Tracker.

The Market Monitor may not work with some virus scanners. You may need to turn
off your virus scanner in order for the monitor work correctly.
