Registering with Bloomberg.com provides you with access to two exciting financial tools - a brand new Portfolio Tracker, and a totally redesigned Market Monitor - that work together to provide you with a wide variety of financial information about the stocks you own or just want to follow.
The Bloomberg.com Portfolio will let you create up to 5 portfolios of 20 holdings each. You enter your purchase information for each holding in your portfolio. Then you can view a variety of financial data for all the holdings in your portfolio such as:
   - Current Summary data such as the current price and change
- Market Summary data such as open/high/low
- Fundamental data such as P/E ratio, Earnings, and Dividend Yield
- Historical performance - see how your portfolio has performed over time
- Technical data such as 52 week high and low, Risk and Beta
- Get the latest news on all your portfolio holdings
The Bloomberg.com Portfolio also gives you a Watchlist that will let you track up to 20 securities that you don't currently hold but would like to keep an eye on.
The Bloomberg.com Portfolio is integrated with the Bloomberg.com Market Monitor. The Bloomberg.com Market Monitor is a customizable desktop application that will give you the latest changes in price, volume, highs, lows and more throughout the day for all the holdings in your Portfolio.

What's new for users of the previous Bloomberg.com Market Monitor

The Bloomberg.com Market Monitor has changed!
   - It's now entirely resizable; make it as big or a small as you want
- It's now directly tied to the new Portfolio Tracker. Users of the previous Monitor are automatically enabled to use the new Portfolio Tracker. Securities are now added and deleted via the Portfolio Tracker, not the Monitor.
- Users of the previous Monitor have had all their monitor securities migrated to the Watchlist portion of the Porfolio Tracker.
