Moroccan Feast for the Senses

Your stay in a restored 14th century place in the medieval city of Fes includes four cooking classes. Chef Lahcen Beqqi, a Berber from the south of Morocco, will teach you how to make traditional dishes such as tagines and b'stila, and you'll see ouarka (a paper-thin pastry) and couscous being made using centuries-old methods. Walking tours include visits to souks, a leather auction, mosques, the Jewish quarter and a winery.
