Dockage Fees
Rates vary greatly depending on where and when you are docking, how big your boat is, and if you need other services such as electricity and sanitation. At the Las Olas Marina in Fort Lauderdale, a floating dock that's 30 feet long costs $1.35 per foot of dockage, per day. In summertime on Block Island, Rhode Island, the dock costs $3.50 per foot per day if you stay overnight. In Nantucket at the Mad Max Marina, the charge is $275 per night if your boat is less than 39 feet.
