Whether you want to perfect your grilling, make gourmet meals in minutes, or explore Asian cuisine, a week of boot camp at the Culinary Institute of America Boot Camp can bring out the Julia Child or Bobby Flay inside you. You can sign up for two-day to five-day sessions in locations ranging from Hyde Park, New York, to St. Helena, California, to San Antonio, Texas. Students receive a chef's uniform upon arrival.
