Starring on Broadway

Have you dreamed about being an actor but somehow wound up a banker? Broadway Fantasy Camp, which launches in July, lets you tap into quashed thespian fantasies. Founded by Lauren Class Schneider, a 30-year-veteran producer, the Manhattan-based camps (depending on the program) offer photo shoots, rehearsals and meetings with dancers, directors and stars such as Brenda Pressley of "Dreamgirls." The experience includes a cast party and a performance. "This is a chance to live the actor's dream, without the audition," says Schneider. (Or the pay check.) Sessions include:

$4,995: "Some Enchanted Evening: Songs of Rodgers and Hammerstein" -- five days
$1,995: "All That Glitters: 'La Cage Aux Folles,' 'Priscilla Queen of the Desert'" -- two days
