Foods of Tuscany

When you are not exploring the natural hot springs and the medieval towns, you'll learn about the history of Tuscan foods and how to properly make pasta (and even how to stuff it). Six classes take five hours in a traditional Tuscan kitchen. You'll make risotto, eat at selected restaurants and take tours of food markets. Depending on when you travel, expect to taste chicken liver pate with Vin Santo, guinea fowl with pancetta and herbs and dishes such as ricotta and pine nut cake with chocolate sauce.
