Dietary Supplements

<p>Who wouldn't want a quick fix to lose weight? Quite possibly, Kim Kardashian. The reality TV personality, along with sisters Khloe, Kourtney and others, endorse the QuickTrim Weight Loss System and are being sued in a class action lawsuit for promoting a product that allegedly contains ingredients that "have never been clinically proven as effective treatments for weight loss."
