NEW YORK — Bloomberg Tradebook, Bloomberg LP’s global agency
broker, will host its first annual Trick-or-Trade Charity Day.
Trading commissions will be donated to charities that support a
diverse range of causes including, human services, youth
development, the arts, healthcare and medical research.

On behalf of their charities, celebrity ambassadors will be in
the Bloomberg Tradebook offices throughout the trading day
interacting directly with clients, who will be able to select
which charity receives their firm’s commissions.
In the spirit of Halloween and to kick off Bloomberg’s giving
season, the trading floor will be decorated and celebrities,
Bloomberg employees, executives and clients will all be dressed
Charities and celebrity spokespeople expected to attend include:

-Joyful Heart Foundation, Mariska Hargitay
-Ronald McDonald House New York, Darryl Dawkins
-The Actors Fund, Jerry Stiller
In light of Hurricane Sandy, which impacted so many people and
businesses on the East Coast last week, a portion of the
commissions generated at this year’s Trick-or-Trade event will
be donated to hurricane relief efforts.
