Bloomberg Targets Voice Records Archiving Challenges with Orange Business Services

March 1, 2013

Today, financial services firms face mounting reporting and records archiving requirements from global regulatory authorities.

The need to meet the latest guidelines, and prepare for future requirements, is  prompting firms to seek reporting and record-keeping solutions for pre-and post-trade communications, such as phone calls, e-mails and instant messages relating to financial transactions.

In addition, the demand we’re seeing in the market place is for cloud-based, enterprise-grade services for corporate message analytics and archiving.

Acknowledging this need, Bloomberg Vault recently aligned with Orange Business Services – Trading Solutions to develop a first-to-market a cloud-based, economical solution for global financial firms.

As a result of our collaboration, Bloomberg Vault records management capabilities are combined with voice services from Orange Business Services, a branch of France Telecom that provides B2B services as a leading global integrator of communications solutions for multinational corporations.

The result is a new solution for managing data stored by customer-site voice recording systems, which integrates voice data into Bloomberg Vault to produce electronic records in near real-time for customers around the world, which we expect will help clients meet regulatory requirements around the world.

We invite you to learn more about what Bloomberg Vault and Orange Business Services have built together to meet global customer needs in a dynamic regulatory landscape. A copy of our announcement is in our press room. [PRESS RELEASE]
