If you're not an avid fan of the first Viva Pinata game, the sequel, Viva Pinata: Trouble In Paradise, won't change your mind. If you love caring for confetti-filled creatures, over 30 new species of Pinatas and two new land types (sand and snow) will sound like a utopia. The gameplay is about the same, but fans of micromanagement and virtual pet care will thoroughly enjoy it. Co-op mode is fun as well, in case a frustrated player needs a hand from a parent or a buddy. More Xbox Live support would've been a plus, as you can only visit other gardens and play quick minigames. However, if you like Viva Pinata, Trouble in Paradise is a must buy.
