Just heard this story from a friend. Her sister lost her camera on a Florida beach. The people who found began looking at the pictures. One of them featured a man with his dog. The dog wore a collar with a tag. And when they zoomed in on the tag, they saw a phone number. Presto! The camera is returned.
This is the upside of the surveillance society taking shape, where, to adapt an Obamanism, we are the ones who spy on ourselves. (At least we’re high on the list.)
