BW's Michelle Conlin has a story on how companies are using Wikis blogs and RSS to help collaborate on projects and to cut through the clutter of email. So is it really the end of email? No, but it is fascinating how email usage has dropped 75% on the projects at European-based investment bank Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein where Wikis are used.
