Goldman reiterated its recommended list on Four Seasons (FS).
Analyst Steven Kent says he spent Wednesday with management visiting investors, and came away with more reasons to buy Four Seasons' stock. Kent notes the stock's valuation has become more compelling after its 32% drop since early July.
He says concerns about the Middle East and an economic slowdown have created a terrific opportunity for the hotel operator to build its position as one of the great brand builders. He says he thinks the company -- and luxury travel -- may temporarily slow but will not disappear.
Kent says buying Four Seasons' stock allows investors to get it at a discount -- something they're unlikely to get on their room rate. He sees $0.94 2002 earnings per share.
