FTC Votes Against Cytyc's Plan to Acquire Digene

General Dynamics (GD), Raytheon (RTN), and Britain's BAE Systems PLC have reportedly placed bids for TRW's (TRW) military assets. The two TRW business units being sold could fetch as much as $6.5 billion, according to the Wall Street Journal.
