Reader's Digest Acquires Reiman Publications

Reader's Digest Association (RDA) agrees to acquire Midwestern publishing house Reiman Publications LLC for $760 million. Reiman, which publishes cooking, gardening, country lifestyle, and nostalgia magazines, was controlled by Chicago investment firm Madison Dearborn Partners Inc. (3/22)
