GATES PASSES THE BALL TO BALLMER

LOOKS AS IF BILL GATES IS REALLY A NERD AFTER ALL. On July 21, Microsoft's chairman and CEO elevated his sidekick, Steve Ballmer, to president so Gates can focus on product strategy.
