Sanctions Play In Peoria

Washington Outlook: CAPITAL WRAPUP

SANCTIONS PLAY IN PEORIA

U.S. Trade Representative Mickey Kantor frets that opinion-setting elites around the world are siding with Japan against the U.S. vow to double tariffs on Japanese luxury cars. But mainstream America is cheering the Clintonites on.
