Could there be a Senate race in the future of retiring Federal Reserve Governor Wayne D. Angell? For now, Senate Minority Leader Bob Dole has found his fellow Kansan a job running the Better America Foundation, a Republican think tank. He'll also serve as an economic and political adviser to Dole, a probable candidate for the GOP 1996 Presidential nomination. But friends say Angell really wants to run for the Senate in '96 if Republican Nancy L. Kassebaum retires, as many suspect. Angell, a onetime farmer and economics professor, lost a Republican Senate primary to Kassebaum in 1978.
