Facebook's pursuit of talented programmers through internships before they even start college is paying off: Michael Sayman, who turned 18 on Aug. 24, has accepted a full-time engineering job at the social network.

That makes Sayman, who recently graduated from high school in Miami, one of the company's youngest employees.
