Saia LTL Freight Named to Inbound Logistics' 2014 "G75" List

Saia LTL Freight to its "G75" Green Supply Chain Partners list.
The magazine's annual list focuses on companies that are "leading by
example, demonstrating measurable progress over the past few years as
they integrate sustainability into their respective enterprises." In
making their selections, consider a company's corporate
sustainability initiatives, collaborative customer-driven projects,
and participation in public-private partnerships. They use four
benchmarks including measurable green results, sustainability
innovation, continuous improvement, and industry recognition.

quarter 2014. Currently, over 75 percent of our drivers are achieving
the company shifting efficiency score. Before we began using Vnomics
to implement our progressive shifting program, our fleet averaged 5.9
miles per gallon (MPG). Most recently, our fleet is averaging 6.8
