Voxbone today announces that it has been selected to extend the global reach
of Prosodie-Capgemini’s cloud-based customer interaction management solution,
Odigo. By optimizing the distribution of contact center agent interactions
over voice, web and mobile channels, Odigo intends to significantly increase
businesses’ customer satisfaction. In order to meet the increasing
international demand for Odigo, Prosodie-Capgemini will leverage Voxbone’s
geographical and toll-free telephone numbers, which are available from over 50
