analysis on how travel companies are responding to this trend. In the 
analysis, Egencia research demonstrates that over 76% of travelers agree or 
strongly agree that interacting in person is important during hotel check-in. 
In an apparent contradiction, 59% would choose the self-service check-in 
option to save time. This shows how contextually designed digital travel 
services can attract travelers while providing cost-savings for companies.

tools to optimize travel policies according to their very specific definition 
of value. He will use examples of how Egencia designs tools that travel 
managers can use to maximize savings.
