The Company continues to make progress toward becoming a leading provider of Talent Management Systems ("TMS") and related compliance solutions for those clients operating in highly complex environments with high consequences if things go wrong. As the result of an increasing number of new client wins in high-consequence industries, NetDimensions has engaged in larger deals with multinational corporations which require a greater degree of post-sale services. NetDimensions' TMS related services have traditionally comprised of implementation, customisation and training ("services") and have been delivered by our professional services teams at a regional level. To take advantage of the opportunity that increasing demand from clients operating in high-consequence industries offers, the Company has restructured and expanded its service offerings. The professional services teams have been re-organised into a Global Services Division with a Global Head of Services running the division as a profit center. NetDimensions is pleased to announce that George Walker has been appointed as the new Global Head of Services. George has an extensive background in professional services and project management, software development, human resources systems, recruitment systems and workforce management. George was the founder of the Reed Professional Services organisation within Reed, the global recruitment specialist, establishing and developing the business from inception to a multi-million dollar business within six years. The Global Head of Services will be supported by the newly appointed Global Services Head of Delivery who will implement standard processes and procedures globally to ensure the services are provided at a consistently high level to all clients. The Company believes there are substantial sales opportunities in expanding the service offerings to new and existing clients. To take advantage of this opportunity the GSD will be organised into several practices, each with its own sales target and business plan. The initial core practices will be the Implementation Practice, Added Value Practice (customisation, reporting, integration and upgrades), Training Practice and Consulting Practice (deployment, analytics and portals). As the GSD grows the number of practices in closely related areas such as human resources consulting will be expanded. To facilitate the growth in service revenues the Company has appointed a Head of Global Services Engagement reporting to the Global Head of Services. This new sales head will work alongside the existing TMS sales teams and be responsible for business development for all GSD practices. Some additional investment will be made this year to facilitate the reorganisation of the GSD and establish the various practice areas. As the services expand GSD headcount will increase with a combination of employees and contractors being used to provide the flexibility to match production capacity to live projects. The Company expects this investment to start to produce substantial revenue from 2015.
