availability software solutions, today announced that Colmobil Corporation has
selected Attunity Gold Client Solutions, premier data refresh, replication and
management software, to enable the Company's business-critical data initiative
within its SAP environment. Through the use of Attunity Gold Client, Colmobil
will now be capable of overcoming its data management and test data
availability challenges triggered by the growing complexity of the Company's
SAP landscape. The solution will also enable Colmobil to complete several
projects that comprise its large, strategic data initiative.

Colmobil, Israel's largest importer and distributor of commercial vehicles,
trucks and buses, is the sole distributor of Mercedes-Benz, Hyundai Motors,
Mitsubishi Motors and Smart. As part of the business, Colmobil operates a
fully-computerized logistics center and distribution network, supplying daily
to over 75 service workshops.

This year, as part of its strategic data initiative, Colmobil set out to
execute several SAP projects in parallel that span across the Company's SAP
landscape. Focus areas include Enterprise Resource Planning (SAP ERP), SAP
Customer Relationship Management (SAP CRM) and SAP Business Information
Warehouse (SAP BW). One of the larger and more complex projects includes the
integration of two subsidiaries' legacy systems to SAP. This significant
project requires updated environments for testing in order to develop new
business logic and properly connect of all the data.
