MONROVIA, Calif., July 15, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Everlert, Inc. (the
"Company") (OTC:EVLI), announced today that its Board of Directors has
appointed Darin Shaw as Chief Executive Officer and President of the Board of
Directors effective immediately. Mr. Shaw previously held the position of
in-house legal counsel of the Company's subsidiary, Totalpost Services, Inc.

litigated breach of warranty cases, improper debt collection and debt
reduction cases.In addition to his diverse practice, Mr. Shaw is experienced

Mr. Shaw has a J.D. from Loyola Law School. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts
