Scripps Networks Interactive, Inc. (NYSE: SNI) will report second quarter 2014
operating results before the market opens Thursday, Aug. 7. A telephone
conference call with members of the company’s senior management team will
follow at 10:00 a.m. ET.

Scripps Networks Interactive will offer a live webcast of the conference call.
