MagneGas® Confirms EPA Requirements for Manure Processing Achieved

Results of Manure Sterilization Trials Meet EPA Rules for Class A Waste

PR Newswire

TAMPA, Fla., July 7, 2014

TAMPA, Fla., July 7, 2014 /PRNewswire/ --MagneGas® Corporation ("MagneGas®"
or the "Company") (NASDAQ: MNGA), a leading technology company that counts
among its inventions a patented process that converts liquid waste into a
hydrogen-based fuel, today announced that the results of the recent Swine
Manure Sterilization trials meet Rule 503.32 requirements making swine manure
suitable for Class A treatment.

This is a significant milestone for MagneGas Corporation which the Company
believes provides solutions to challenges facing the swine industry such as
odor control, manure handling and disposal. The fact that the MagneGas®
Process meets or exceed the time and temperature requirements for Rule 503.32
Class A waste could, depending on local requirements, reduce or eliminate the
costs of disposal or land application by rendering it suitable for direct
fertilization application.

"We believe this accelerates our market entry into manure sterilization by
converting Class B manures into Class A transforming it in some cases, to be
suitable for fertilization as opposed to costly and time consuming land
application, lagoons or holding ponds," commented Ermanno Santilli, CEO of
MagneGas Corporation. "We will now present this solution to the contacts we
made at the Orlando Biowaste conference from May as well as presenting it to
organizations such as farmer coopertives, the US Pork Council and agricultural
universities."
