Results of Manure Sterilization Trials Meet EPA Rules for Class A Waste

hydrogen-based fuel, today announced that the results of the recent Swine
Manure Sterilization trials meet Rule 503.32 requirements making swine manure
suitable for Class A treatment.

This is a significant milestone for MagneGas Corporation which the Company
believes provides solutions to challenges facing the swine industry such as
odor control, manure handling and disposal. The fact that the MagneGas®
Process meets or exceed the time and temperature requirements for Rule 503.32
Class A waste could, depending on local requirements, reduce or eliminate the
costs of disposal or land application by rendering it suitable for direct
fertilization application.
