its Corpus Christi team as it seeks to take advantage of opportunities in the
coastal city.

East Texas Regional Manager for Commercial Banking Dan Brown, who helped the
bank grow in the key market of Beaumont, has relocated to Corpus Christi as
part of the bank's efforts to build its business there. The bank's East Texas
markets include Beaumont, College Station, Corpus Christi, Orange, Nederland

"Dan provided excellent leadership in Beaumont, and we're confident Corpus
Christi will be the perfect home base for him to help us grow all of our East
Texas markets," said Jeff Dudderar, BBVA Compass regional executive for
Commercial Banking. "He's already helped us build a strong team of new
