Apollo Residential Mortgage, Inc. Declares Second Quarter 2014 Dividends on
Shares of Preferred and Common Stock
NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwired) -- 06/19/14 -- Apollo Residential
Mortgage, Inc. (the "Company" or "AMTG") (NYSE: AMTG) today announced
the Board of Directors declared a cash dividend on the Company's
8.00% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock (the
"Series A Preferred Stock") of $0.50 per share for the period that
ends on July 30, 2014. The Series A Preferred Stock dividend is
payable on July 31, 2014 to preferred stockholders of record as of
June 30, 2014.
The Board of Directors also declared a quarterly dividend of $0.42
per share of common stock for the quarterly period ended June 30,
2014. The dividend is payable on July 31, 2014 to common stockholders
of record on June 30, 2014.
