Elbit Systems Ltd. (NASDAQ and TASE:ESLT) (the "Company") announced that its
subsidiary, Elbit Systems Electro-Optics-Elop Ltd., has decided to withdraw
its lawsuit filed against the Government of Israel in November 2012 for
damages and expenses caused in connection with the cancellation of export
licenses for a project of a foreign customer.
