CINCINNATI -- June 11, 2014

The Cincinnati Reds and Convergys, a global leader in customer management,
have partnered for the “Tickets for Troops” campaign.

As part of Convergys’ commitment to members of the Armed Forces and our
community, “Tickets for Troops” allows active military personnel to receive a
free non-premium ticket for most regular season games held Monday through
Thursday at Great American Ball Park for the 2014 season.

“We are excited about our partnership with the Cincinnati Reds. This is a
wonderful program to express our appreciation to our military service
members,” said Krista Boyle, Vice President of Global Branding and
Communications at Convergys. “‘Tickets for Troops’ also provides an
opportunity to showcase the Convergys career options that are well-suited to
members of the military and their families.”

On Wednesday, June 11, members of the Convergys team will be on deck to throw
out the ceremonial pitch. Convergys will also have a career booth and
recruiters ready to talk to anyone interested in learning about career

Active military personnel (with valid I.D.) are eligible for free tickets on
the day of game only at the Great American Ball Park ticket windows. In
addition, military spouses and family members attending the game with a
serviceman, servicewoman or a military spouse may purchase half-price tickets.

Six tickets per game may be purchased with each military I.D. Excluded dates
include August 6, 12 and 13. Eligible games are subject to availability.

Tickets can be obtained and purchased at the Great American Ball Park ticket
windows on day of game only.
