Veresen Announces Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

CALGARY, June 3, 2014 /CNW/ - Veresen Inc. ("Veresen") (TSX: VSN) announced 
today that Theresa Jang has been appointed Senior Vice President, Finance and 
Chief Financial Officer effective immediately. This appointment follows an 
extensive search process.

Theresa Jang joined Veresen in 2006 as Controller and was appointed Vice 
President, Controller in 2009, a role she held until she was appointed Vice 
President, Finance and Risk Management in 2013. Theresa Jang was appointed 
Interim Chief Financial Officer in January 2014.
