  Robert C. Haydon Appointed to Chairman of the Board of Directors and James   J. Haydon has been appointed and will resume his service as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Community 1^st Bank. “We are delighted to have Bob resume his role in leading our Board as Chairman,” stated Russell P. Baldo, outgoing Board Chairman who will continue his service as Vice-Chair of Community 1^st Bank’s Board. “Bob is highly respected with a successful and tenured career in the banking industry.
