announce it has signed an agreement with two local entrepreneurs to assume
ownership of the location in Racine, Wis. Dr. Sara Nicholson and her husband
Doug now own and operate the Pearle Vision neighborhood eye care center at
2721 South Green Bay Road. The Racine center was formerly corporate-owned and
has served thousands of customers in the community.

Dr. Sara Nicholson and her husband Doug have been residents of Racine for over
nine years. An experienced optometrist, Dr. Nicholson has been serving
patients at the Pearle Vision in Oak Creek, Wis. for the past three years.
When the Nicholsons learned of the opportunity to become licensees of their
own eye care center, they saw it as a natural fit because of their
entrepreneurial spirit. The Nicholsons are active members in their community
and Sara is a member of the City of Racine Civic Centre commission.
