(NYSE: TYL) has signed a contract with the city of Grants Pass, Oregon, for Tyler’s Munis^® enterprise resources planning (ERP) and EnerGov^® planning, permitting and licensing solutions. The agreement includes related professional services, training and support. The city chose to replace its current systems with Munis and EnerGov to improve citizen service delivery, support the executive staff’s and council’s information needs, and increase staff access to decision-support capabilities. During its competitive review, Grants Pass searched for an integrated solution that could work with other city systems to increase efficiencies across departments.
