brands,is pleased to announce that Marijo Bos has joined the company’s board
of advisors.Bos has two decades of leadership in talent management, including
executive development and recruiting with a focus on international markets.
She will help guide Multimedia Plus’ growth, including introducing
opportunities in Europe.

Currently, Bos leads Bos Advisors, a company that designs and delivers
programs geared to complex and ever changing organizations, teams, and
individual leadership needs. She has consulted to clients such as Novartis,
Nike, Time Warner, Disney, Rolls Royce PLC, Santander and AGCS.

In parallel to leading Bos Advisors, she serves as President of the for
purpose PWN Global Network connecting 24 cities, in 18 countries powered by
250 volunteer board members supporting the global community of 90
nationalities. She joined the not for profit in 2005 when she led the Founding
team of Madrid and Barcelona, Spain as President. In her Board roles with the
Federation she’s led the expanding geographic presence, rebranding and
strategic partnerships with Mercer, Praxair, RBS, IE Business School, Baxter
and others over four years. A former Partner with Oliver Wyman’s Executive
Learning Center, as well as Russell Reynolds Associates, she led the Media and
Entertainment Practice based in Los Angeles, CA.

Bos has a Bachelor’s Degree and is an alumnus of Harvard Business Schools PMD
program, and will receive her Masters degree in Positive Leadership & Strategy
from the IE Business School in June 2014. Various industry and business
articles have been authored by Bos on mentoring, networking and leadership
development, diversity of thought and inclusion. She is currently based in
Madrid, Spain.
