Inc. (PotashCorp) announced that the thirteen nominees listed in the
management proxy circular for the 2014 Annual and Special Meeting of
Shareholders were elected as directors of PotashCorp earlier today at the
shareholder meeting held in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

Detailed results of the vote for the election of directors held at the meeting
